Last time the PM flew, 6 air craft maintenance workers lost their job, cause some filter wasn't secured in place, leading to the captain making emergency landing.
This time two lost their job, because of this missing passport fiasco.
In one sense it's good as it creates worker circulation which brings new opportunity for the young.
But it seems to me that airline job as a whole is a thankless job. You can fly for years without incidence and you would be "just another pilot that does his job". Anytime you make your first mistake you lose your job and get marked as unemployable for the rest of your life.
