- Won't be visible to most of the population in Dhaka city.

But reports will arrive from surrounding areas.

Don't expect a quick and fast declaration after sunset.

The declaration will arrive most likely at 8 at night. 1 hour after sunset.

90% possibility Eid will be declared.

This type of sighting report was ignored two months back during Shaban. But likely will be accepted this time. The "Saudi" factor.
