Russian built Indian Airforce's transport plane AN-32 goes missing [possibly crashed?] with 13 on board. Took off from Assam and missing near the IN-China border.
More bad luck for Indian Air Force which previously shot down it's own chopper killing 6, mistaking it for PK.
