The same applies to BD too. The more educated you are, that more likely that you are jobless. A handy-man worker will earn at least 12k/month. But highly educated people can't do that. They rather opt for computer operator job at 8k/month, at 50% lower.
At least in BD, the less educated you are, the more likely you are to earn a living for your family.
Technical hands lags greatly in number in BD. And we have an over abundance of commerce grads, 90% of the educated population. That has almost no work to do.
