As reported previously FB is promoting only two things "groups" and "events". Which it found people really engaged with. And discouraging global posts and status feeds to prevent another political misconduct accusations.
Which means it's better to take your discussion to a group based on your preferred topic than to post on your home.
Wondering what to do.
There's also the question whether FB or Twitter is better for you. Based on what you want to discuss. Right now my FB feed is full of meme, specially on GoT/Thanos. And Twitter feed is full of Trump/Politics. That says a lot on the cultural difference between the two.
