On the 6th Ramadan, I took my weight reading. A staggering 83 kg! That's too much for someone that preaches মেদ-ভুড়ি on the net. Talk about hypocrisy.
The right weight for my height should be 70. Well took a scheme to reduce 1 kg / day. And thus 13 kg in the next 13 days.
Follows log :
6 th : 83 kg.
7 th : 82
8 th : 81
And today : guess what : 80.
Target for tomorrow, inshaAllah : 79 kg.
FAQ : "You won't be able to reduce at that speed for 13 days."
Well lets see. :-)

- Skip sehri and dinner. Going for iftar only. And that's also at a reduced amount. No muri.

- I know it :-) That's why the FAQ. I have to work harder in the later days. Then still I might not achieve what I want. But lets see.
- ^ Fasting doesn't damage your organs. Not even extreme fasting. Or even starving. Rather the opposite, it cleans up.
