Fasting for long period of time won't increase the waste inside your cells as one might presume. Rather reduces it. But for that to happen one has to fast for over 12 hours. Says some of those that study what's called "Autophagy".
Lets double the time and make it 24 hours. Which means one has to take only one meal every day.
If that's the case which one should he take?
Only Iftar?
or
Only Sehri?
