OK. Trump's solution is to buy back the farm products that China no longer is buying from USA, with the money collected from increased tariff, and then ship it to poor countries as charity.

Anyway, his rapid twitts today morning indicate he is trying to convince himself more than anyone else. Like how my wife's rapid fire of words indicate she is in conflict with herself, and not necessarily mad with me. Even though her words might prove otherwise.
