Tweeted about taking Tesla private at $420 a share. The number being a reference to weed. And the day was national weed day. Intention was to amuse his girlfriend. Later he was seen smoking weed in a radio interview.
Todays' news : Musk agrees to pay $40M fine for that tweet and has to resign from his Chairman position in Tesla.
