Another 10 Year Record:
Just three hours earlier, the Sun has emitted it's strongest Solar flare in 10 years. It blacked out short wave radio communication in half the world for upto an hour. Where the sun was visible at the time.
Bangladesh was out of its range. It was evening here at that time.
