Tried to verify it.
Number of atoms is measured in mole. And atoms in one mole of any material is equal to Avogadro's number. But the weight of 1 mole varies from material to material.

Figured out:
1 mole for water = 18 gms.
1 glass of water = 240 gms.
Volume of water in all the oceans = 1 trillion cubic km.
Avogadro's number = 6e23

Therefore:
Number of atoms in a glass of water = 1e25
Glasses of water in all the oceans = 5e21

Number of atoms in a glass is 1000 times higher than glasses of water in all the oceans.
