NASA has published their EmDrive papers. The summary says after excluding for all errors and known reasons, the drive extracts a force of 1.2±0.1mN/kW.
For comparison, a magnetic electric field ion thruster aka, Hall thruster, outputs 60mN/kW. 50 times more.
And a photon thruster, aka Solar Sail outputs 0.0033–0.0067mN/kW. 1/400th of this EmDrive.
Looks promising. No scientific explanation yet. (Y)
