China launches its first Quantum satellite. Uses quantum entanglement to beam the encryption key to two locations on earth. The beam is a laser beam. Quantum entanglement ensures its never snooped upon. The rest of the communication doesn't use entanglement. Its the old usual way.

Tech like this is used by USA too, but there, laser is passed through fiber cables. Looks like china is first to implement it on a satellite.
