Next what does "being the good one of the two sons of Adam means."?
The two sons where Qabil and Habil. When Qabil wanted to kill Habil, Habil said: "I shall neither fight you nor defend myself, so if you want to kill me go forward and carry both of our sins and go to hell."
Note that Habil was stronger of the two brothers and he could have easily defended himself or killed his brother instead, if he wanted to. Rasulullah (sw.) told us to act like the better of these two brothers, in such time of Fitnah.
